Your fitness matters. When you come to Joe's Personal Strength Training and Fitness Centre or connect online, we discuss your fitness goals first. Then we come up with a fitness routine based on your current level of fitness. We want to make sure that your plan is specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely.

Nutrition

What you eat is most important in any type of fitness system. You will recieve a grocery list and daily calorie limit to get you to your goals faster.

Support

In my experience in the fitness industry, I have learned that people need to be encouraged and motivated to keep going when things are getting tough. I have provided support in many platforms and stick with you to see you succeed.

Who I Am. What I Do

I am Joseph. Personal trainer and Fitness instructor for 15 years and I am passionate about health and fitness.

My studio, Joe’s Strength Training and Fitness, is where I train my clients in the local area. I have an online presence as well to serve the greater area in reaching fitness and strength goals.
